Hi and welcome Dixie! Isn't it strange how dependant we become on
that evil little box (the scale) to help us determine how we feel
about ourselves? I remember last year when I re-started up t-tapping,
how I resolved not to weigh for a while. Well, after a week I swore
my jeans felt looser and I felt like I was some kind of hottie LOL!
But I got on the scale and had not lost an ounce of weight, and
instantly started feeling like a slug again! I wished I has not
hopped on the scale after that, and have decided to hold off on
weighing on the scale this time as long as I can! You go girl- keep
on taking care of yourself and feeling like a hot tamale, OK??? : )
