--Thank you for the welcome, Bonnie. I wish we had a set schedule,
but my husband's hours at work are different everyday, so I usually
keep the kids up until he gets home so he can see them (which he's
grateful for).

Today is my second day on the Nosdiet and I can't believe how often
I snack. I would catch myself many times during the day. Usually
it's just a piece of toast or a bowl of cereal--nothing too heavy,
just SNACKING! So, I actually got hungry for lunch and dinner! And
I noticed that I did usually eat the kids leftovers because I didn't
want them to go to waste. But, obviously it IS going to waste, but
on my hips instead of the trash. So, the NO SECONDS rule is also
helping me out. Anyways, hubby's home! Thanks guys! --Maria
