I'm thrilled too! Even though I slipped, and added a truly non- qualifying S-day to the week, it's still so much better than the place I was last year at this time. I'll be interested to hear if successful No-S-ing affects your SAD in a positive way, as it has mine. Once food was controlled, all my depressive symptoms disappeared as well. What I needed was a "framework to control excess", and that's what No-S turned out to be. No nutrition. No brain chemicals. Just the overeating gone. So a Happy New Year I'm looking forward to! And all the best to your business plan, I know how exciting that can be. Portia |
