Dear Hana, I lived in Reading, near Boston for 5 years, but a very dear
friend of mine, who now lives in France, and we were neighbors in
Switzerland, was from Reading ,in England.
Had a bad sugar binge, like a bulimic, except I never throw up LOL,
last night. I don't know what it is about Friday nights! In the afternoon 
I
resist food brought into the Art Club, and after dinner , 
while at work, I attack the candy...I don't even like candy!
Well the rest of the week I am sooooo good! So the same couple pounds appear
and disappear, but the trend is going down. I think I will do better come
warmer weather when we can get out and walk again....way too cold here 
in
Detroit just now.
