So - V8 with breakfast and lunch is OK for NoS, right?
I am a bad bad evil grown up who just does not enjoy working with
veggies and until I lose my 15 lbs (even 10) I have chronic heartburn
and fruits make it worse (I know... so will V8 - but that's my excuse
and I'm sticking with it! for now.... )
So - can I have a glass of V8 with breakfast and lunch? As a sort of
nutritional suppliment? :c)
Off to do the muscle building part of my new daily routine.... Wish
me luck :c)
