Deb Wrote.... As for Polish "Sses", I was always fond of Kruschick, a crispy flaky fried thing with powdered sugar all over it! Lassaiz les Bon Temp Roullez! Indeed.......fais , mais on the non S jours! The powder sugar pastries are very light and called angel wings, and we get them on Xmas and Easter. That is because my husbands side is Polish....my side it is the heavy pastry called cannoli....with whip cream and pistachio on the ends!
