hey, Bonnie is here to tell you ,I fall a lot! but one can get up again

any time! Just remember the 2 most important things, if nothing else, keep
those bad carbs...Sugar esp to a mini minimum, and dont eat any calories
for
at least 4 hours in between, I mean not even a carrot stick.Do the "real

S" whenever possible, but otherwise this version works pretty good on
bad
