Hey everyone... one last happy post from me :)
A month ago I measured my waist at (no laughing now!)
38.5 inches...
I felt like my pants were starting to feel really loose so I
measured my waist again today...
It's 37.5!!!
Before I measure I never look at my previous measurement because I
think somehow I may try to cheat the measurement, even though it's
stupid, it's easy to finagle around with numbers when you want to
see success... Even great scientists have been known to doctor up
their findings to reflect a subconscious bias...
I was so thrilled! My goal is to be about a 32 inch waist sometime
within the century :) Oh! Also, I measured my arms yesterday or the
day before, can't remember... They have lost an additional 1/2 inch
of flab!
Thanks for all your love and support guys! You get 50% credit for
my success since I know I'd have a rough ride without you!
