Hi Richie, Welcome, officially. I'm so happy to hear that it's both working for you and (especially!) that you like it. That should be some kind of litmus test for diet plans: if a kid can't do it of his own free will and *like it*, no one should. I'm sorry that kids should have to worry about this stuff to begin with, but that's not something I can help, and I'm happy that that nos provides a humane (and now tested!) remedy.
