hey everyone, Touching base, totally envious of Deb and the new measurements. thinking to myself it's easier to count pounds in weight loss cause to get down a kilo (2.2pounds)is tougher. I have been unable to exercise/jog for a few days now and i am feeling it in my body and my mind. the shovelgloving is okay i did some the other day in desperation by nothing beats running/jogging for me and i can only do this at 5 to 6 am , but my baby has been fretful at night for the last few days and i have been fast asleep at that time. the good thing though is the scale held despite that. About the extreme makeover, true you just need to change the bad habits not a temporary/artifical change in body. Guys thanks for being out there. |
