I had considered giving up chocolate and other sweets before but never
stuck to that for very long.
So I liked the fact that this "diet" was really simple: no
calorie-counting or looking up numbers in tables, keep eating much the
same way you were and as much as you want, just healthier. And the
fact that it had a name and a plan made it easier to stick to.
And I must say that the S days are an important part... if I had to
give up chocolate and biscuits (cookies) forever, I'd miss them a lot,
but if I went back to them after half a year, I'd probably gain back
quickly any weight I might have lost. So I like the fact that this
diet can be a way for life and *still* let you eat sweets! You just
have to wait till the weekend :)
