As well, you should not keep your head in front of your shoulders and avoid looking down whenever possible.. tuck your coccyx under to avoid arching your lumbar spine and as a rule keep your body facing the weight as your power comes from your center and if you turn your glance away, your body will follow...And don't hold your breath... we all do this unconsciously, but it has repurcussions in our body's holding patterns, and often leads to unhappy muscles, craving oxygen.... Good luck! Deb :) Hey Deeyala! Figures :) You look like Cleopatra :) Except without all the braids! I used to date a lovely guy who was actually Coptic Egyptian... I loved his accent... He had green eyes and medium dark/light skin...What a guy! He always called me "Deebee". It was cute :) Here in Great Neck, NY, where I live, there is a huge Persian population... Farsi is the second most spoken language in the area, after English.. Have a great afternoon! Peace, Deb :) |
