Hi Dan, I respect your knowledge, and I would like you to comment on how much you meant about the characterization of "useless" to describe the classic floor movements many trainers use for ab development. Again, I can believe they may not do as much good as most people think, but I would have never guessed they were utterly "useless". Secondly, can you tell us that doing the shovelglove exercises is all most people would need to develop "ripped" abs? Of course, fat loss is already assumed- but in terms of developing a "six pack", would an average person like myself need to start doing something extra over and above shovelglove? |
