.....Thank you Karen! :) You are sweet :) I am glad you
aren't "cranky" today.. LOL :)

As for me, I will say that I have really enjoyed feeling the hunger
subside as days go by. Everytime I feel like snacking, (which I
never realized how much snacking I do in a day until I tried
stoping myself everytime I was about to throw something in my mouth
i.e. cooking or working in the kitchen) I have begun to just leave
the area where food is present.

.....That is fantastic!!!!! You rock mama!
It is a great feeling to start thinking of simply "passing" when

it's just not time for a meal! You will find that the mindless
stuffing really becomes very unsatisfying the more you get used to
eating meals! And meals really become bigger "events" and more

enjoyable! How's cutting down on soda going for you... I wanted to
write you last week but I was so ill, I couldn't think straight...
I too believe that high fructose cornsyrup is really very addictive.
But trust me, you will really savor your treats more, when you don't
have them all the time 24/7.... You know you earned it and you won't
resent it for making you fat.
NoS is a great life eating program, and you are the boss!!!!
Have a great evening!
Love,
Deb
