Hi Dee, How about "more of the same." Backsliding from overambition is a much bigger danger than not going fast enough. This isn't a race, you're doing great. Annualize your three week loss and they'd probably have to admit you to the anorexia ward. Moderation is hard, glorious, and effective enough for anyone's ambition, you just have to recognize this.
