Hi all -- have enjoyed the lively discussions lately.
I've decided that alcohol must be an "S" -- not because of an AA
situation, but because drinking turns me into an absent-minded
nibbler. I start eating out of serving dishes, slicing slivers of
cheese, cracking peanuts, olives, dessert mints, etc.
No-S has been a godsend for me for over one month now (a record for
sticking to a diet). I hope that making this change will not dilute
its focused efficiency. I'm uncomfortable doing anything different
than what succeeded for Reinhard. I worry that the nmenomics will be
altered -- No S, No S, No S, No A? Any words of reassurance?
