Kevin,
Thank you for your reply and encouraging words. Right now I am 
about 30 lbs away from where I am the most comfortable . 
I am NOT going to give up by any means! I am determined to see 
this through and for once in my life be truly healthy! I am glad you 
have stuck it out and are doing well, good for you!
