Hi Lawrence,
High stakes weight loss, I like it. It's amazing what
an incentive a pile of cash can be, especially if it
comes with bragging rights. The charity connection is
nice too: your loss (of something you don't want
anyway) is their gain. There's elegance as well as
kindness to it.
20 pounds in 6-7 months sounds very doable, just make
sure to move around a bit now and then in addition to
nosdieting.
