I have been on South Beach for 10 weeks...lost 29 pounds ..but have
given into carbs ands sugars thisweek and have fallen off
thewagon..its just too hard to stay on..I also exercise everday..30
minutes of walking and weights. This s diet sounds great...I had an
endroncrinolgist suggest a similar one 10 years ago...he said ..eat
3 meals a day...no snacking...be sensible...I like the s days on
this one...well I am going to give this a try..I have 44 more pounds
to lose and have lost willpower to stay on SOuth Beach.
any helpful hints?
