Hello Reinhold; >Maybe it is good for some people to be informed by the knowledge(?) that high carb/white carb foods are to be minimized, but I personally haven't found it to be necessary. You're right, it is not necessary. Just do nos. I wish the noise out there would not be about carbs, but about insulin resistance. Keep it scientifical. Once that is understood, everything else will fall into place. To me, it is just knowledge I want to have on simple physiologyanatomyendocrinesystem (how da body works). Put that way it is too boring for the media to go wild over. I take that back - they can go wild over anything. When everything falls into place it will look, talk, and walk just like the nos diet. And you will be stuck with no millions of dollars to buy a board room and floppy suits.:-) In conclusion, first do the nos diet. If you still have nothing better to do and are really really bored, read up on insulin resistance. Tom |
