Hi Lee, It'll take you a bit to get the meal size calibration down 100%, but it does happen, and for me it's barely conscious anymore. You shouldn't feel like you're starving. Give yourself bigger meals. Don't feel virtuous by skimping if it just sets you up for failure later. You're right to take these first few days very seriously.
