My solution is to stay prepared: always have healthy food ready to go at home
so when you get hungry, you don't end up making a run for the border, or to
your local McDonalds. If you work at an office, this means that you should
brown-bag your lunch beforehand so you don't have to worry about the
temptation.
Richard talks about drawing a border around the law. You should draw a
border around the Fast Food and just consider it an "S". Remember the
boy-
scout motto and "be prepared"!
