I agree with Teresa. I think the reason I have failed on so many diets is

due to trying to follow too many rules, track too much information, hence

ecoming frustrated and overwhelmed, and finally giving up. I like the no

diet because of its simplicity and normalcy. There aren't a million gimmi=
cks and details to distract me from the bottom line.=20
