Good luck John. I am a first weeker and I am already starting to
feel a difference in how my body reacts to not snacking. It drove
me crazy for a few days and now I can't even finish my plate at lunch
and this is without having a snack either. I am not used to throwing
food away. I always cleaned my plate in the past with no problem.
At work I don't have my dog to give it to. I think it may be safe
for me to make less food for my meals.
Rose go to www.nosdiet.com and it explains the whole thing. It is
pretty easy. No snack, no sugar and no seconds exceptd on days that
begin with S. That is the whole thing.
