My two cents: The most important s is for suffering. No suffering! You won't continue 

- it's impossible to keep it up. As I see it, that's where all other diets fail. 
That's not 
an original thought. I think it is at the very top of the nosdiet.com treatise. If 
you 
ignore that, forget it. End of my two cents.

Moderation, that's it. "So hungry," "hate" isn't aren't ain't 
moderation.

Stay in it for the long haul. Slow down.
