You won't continue - it's impossible to keep it up. As I see it, that's where all other diets fail. That's not an original thought. I think it is at the very top of the nosdiet.com treatise. If you ignore that, forget it. End of my two cents. >my understanding is you can eat three meals a day and no s' at all. eat in moderation and workout. Am I correct. Moderation, that's it.
