well good morning group, I had a wonderful time these two S days, but Sunda=
y I went to my moms and if any of you have ever seen the movie (Soul Food)

that is my family on Sundays, well mom cooked gumbo, dressing, rice, macoro=
ni&cheese, bake chicken, pot roast, potatoes salad, butter beans, fried 
cor=
n and to top it off she made peach cobbler, and yes I did do my share. 
Well=

I thought this was a great look on the BMI thing and the other "facts"

government tries to give to us.

It's interesting to note that at my slimmest -- in a size 3, I would have
