I've just (today) finished my third week of No S so I am no expert.
But the last two weekends, I was really looking forward to my
sweets. I don't know how it happened, but the first weekend, I never
got around to having a sweet (the seconds were way too filling), and
the second weekend, the chocolate-covered cashews just weren't as
awesome as I remembered! This weekend I'll have to try my all-time
favorite: ice cream! If that doesn't taste spectacular, I suppose
I'll be "cured". Even better news is that I've lost over 1/2 inch
in the tummy. I don't have any scales, but I don't think I've lost
weight. Who cares as long as my clothes fit better and I look better.
