I have been following a nos diet for some time, well before I chanced on the group.I
wasn't losing anything and was weighing myself daily, which I know isn't helpful. I
accompanied my husband away on a business trip at the end of last week and other than
snarfing up a sugar cube or two on Saturday(I am diabetic and my blood glucose was
dropping)I stayed on the strsight and narrow.This morning the scales say that I have
dropped 0.3Kg from last Monday. Not a lot, but an improvement.
