Hi everyone! I just joined this group today! I'm looking forward to
getting healthy! I just wanted to share a healthy meal/snack I enjoy.
Lowfat Cottage Cheese
Mix in chopped onions
diced tomatoes
or any other raw veggie you like
season to taste with pepper or a little salt
Put the mixture on a rice cake...Walah!
A tasty low fat, low cal, low carb snack!
