Thanks so much for the welcome! Here is what my day looks like today: Breakfast: Nothing (bad habit, I know) Medicine taken with 15.2 oz bottle Minute Maid 100% Orange Juice. Lunch: 1/2 Roast Beef & Portobella mushroom sandwich; corn chowder soup; 1 bag kettle chips and 1 pickle (both came with sandwhich). Dinner will be: (after 1 hour of exercise)Other half of Roast beef sandwich, water to drink. My question....I usually only drink water or Orange Juice. Is the OJ considered sugar? Can I keep it at 1 per day or should I eliminate it completely? Any other suggestions to augment my diet? Thanks again! Mashavu |
