Hi Mashavu, If it were picked at random, your day sounds ok. But I'll critique it as an "ideal" day, because I think that will be more useful (just don't take it personally!). From a strictly nosdiet perspective: 1) as you point out, missing breakfast isn't good. It's not good in itself, and I don't think it ultimately helps you eat less. 2) I don't worry about OJ. But do keep in mind that it is pretty caloric. 15.2 oz is not small. I squeeze my own with a hand juicer which (among other things) ensures smaller portions (because it's shocking how much fruit it takes to fill a tall glass). From an extra-nosdiet nutritional perspective: I'd try to squeeze in some more fresh fruit, veg, and whole grains. You don't need to be a nut about this, just keep in mind that by squeezing them in you not only get a direct health benefit but also (because of nosdiet limits) get the indirect benefit of squeezing out less healthy stuff. Best of luck on day 2, Reinhard Mashavu <eruditejoy@...> wrote: > Thanks so much for the welcome! > > Here is what my day looks like today: > > Breakfast: Nothing (bad habit, I know) > > Medicine taken with 15.2 oz bottle Minute Maid 100% > Orange Juice. > > > Lunch: 1/2 Roast Beef & Portobella mushroom > sandwich; corn chowder > soup; 1 bag kettle chips and 1 pickle (both came > with sandwhich). > > Dinner will be: (after 1 hour of exercise)Other > half of Roast beef > sandwich, water to drink. > > > My question....I usually only drink water or Orange > Juice.
