It was just a few days. I haven't done worse. Just can't seem to
stick long enough to get the weight off. I am at the weight I
started at so that is good. I have a few bad days and then I put on
a few pounds. I then do real good and they come off and I am at my
starting weight. Then I start to feel like I am getting lighter
(like another pound is ready to come off) and I have a few bad days
again. I think it is in my head when I mess up. But I will get it.
I know it is just around the corner. I know what I do wrong I just
have to impletment the right thing.
