bread, peanut butter, and banana has to be one of the all time
greatest food combinations. it's healthy, but very filling and
satisfying too. another filling and satisfying combination is
chocolate, butter, flour, eggs, vanilla ... it is not quite as
healthy though. i enjoyed quite a bit of cookie dough on saturday,
but i made it through week 1 without breaking any rules. i'm down
to 147.5 lb. 12.5 to go.
