Hi bruxa2000uk,
A month is a good time frame, both in terms of habit
building and expecting results. Keep us posted.

Lee,
Best of luck on your new start. Don't let your
previous false start get you down. Sometimes it takes
a false start to get a proper sense of the challenge.
In computer programming there's a saying "build one to
throw away," which means when you are designing a
system, assume you'll get it wrong the first time and
be prepared to learn from the experience.
Bug us at the first hint of trouble and brag
shamelessly when you hit a milestone (focus on time on
habit rather than pounds).
Baby's still gestating so I'm not sure I 100% count as
a father yet, but thanks!
