Hi Lee,

Don't let microfluctuations like this throw you.
Remember, your milestones for now are not pounds lost
but 'days on habit.' I think you might be at your new
record today, strict since last Thursday, right? If
so, congratulations are in order, not self-reproach.
It's not a long time in terms of expecting results, so
don't. But it is a fair chunk of the way to building
better eating habits, so be encouraged.

Enjoy the weekend. Don't try to be a superhero. You've
got nothing to "make up" for. Relax and get ready for
another week.
