Hi Kim
Maybe you should not worried too much about your weight, you are
probably only losing/putting water, that is why your weight
fluctuates so much. You should try relying on measurements rather
then weight itself and do that once a month only. Water retention is
a big problem when you a relying on scales, you can put 1 kilos in a
day...I don't know if you already do that but drinking lots of water
helps and also some types of green tea!
