well my first week not cheating
i am down 5 this morning i am amazed
i had fast food every breakfast
ate lunch with the other girls in my office every day for the first time
in
years
and mostly had mcdonald salads for dinner cus i wasnt hungry .. dont feel
deprived a bit thats for sure..
at first i ate too much thinking i would be hungry but now i know i can survive til
the next meal :)
