Hi Kim
There is no secret really , to beguine with, this is not a diet
really as you can eat anything you want. It is just a routine a new
approach to eating right at the right time.
So have your three meals a day at the time that suits you, keep that
time constantly so your body can adjust it. No desserts, so one less
thing to think about and no seconds so you just cook less :).
I have being doing this for a month now and lost 2 kilos, it is a
slowly but surly process.
Good luck

diet, will you be able to tell me how it has worked for each of you
and how you have tailored it to meet your needs?!?!
