Congratulations on the success during your first week!! I am officially starting the
program on Monday since this is a holiday weekend and "S" days. I really
can't wait to see how I do that first week. I am not so much a big meal eater, but
let me tell you, I will graze and sweets all day long!! I think you did wonderful
your first week. Can I be nosey and ask approximately how much you want to
lose?
