Hi everyone. I have been lurking for a few days and finally started the NoS diet
today. This is the most logical 'diet' I have ever come across. I have done WW with
success, low carb with success -- well, I have lost weight with both of these but
have never managed to keep it off. I am usually on a diet and do very well or OFF my
diet and eat everything in sight. I think this is exactly what I have been looking
for -- no food is off limit forever -- I can do anything for 5 days.
Anyway -- I am a 47 year old single mom to 2 teenagers and engaged to marry a man who
I first met when we were both in the 2nd grade (a long time ago hehehehe).
I've already told a number of friends about this diet and the yahoo group and hope
they start posting here also.
