This is a very good suggestion. :-)

I guess also that it would depend on your meals. For us, heritage,
nationality, and the living style of farmers in the country, we have
breakfast, dinner, and supper. There is also available a lunch around 10 
AM
The men can down the sandwiches and pies with no weight gain. However, 
I
can not do that, so if I eat lunch, that is when I squeeze in another small
piece of fruit. Portion size is so important!

It seems to me that you would have to have it with a meal if you are
following the "no snacks". I would probably make it part of my meal and 
eat
it very last so it was more like a dessert.
