Well, my parents, grandparents, and family eat three decent meals a day,
snacks only doing special events like the Green Corn Harvest, and so on,
and
have lived long healthy lean lives. My grandfather just passed away about
two months ago at a relatively healthy age of 98. So I am sure such a tried
and true method of no snacks, no seconds, no sweets can't be all bad. :-)

Does any on have any long term success or a story of encouragement
that this works. It sounds sensible and is simple.
