Hello All,

I am just writing to let you all know that I am approximately 2 
days away from being on Nos for 21 days. I feel great. I am glad I 
found Nos. My clothes are fitting better. Me eating only three meals 
a day, who'd ever thunk it? This is a wonderful lifestyle change.
