Hi Mary,

Off-Track is an e-mail list for people who have had Weight Loss Surgery 

(WLS) and are experiencing weight regain. It's a support list to help 
people get back on track with their weight loss and healthy eating and 

exercise habits.

Reinhard -- I hope I haven't broken any rules by mentioning Off-Track.
