Weight loss is about controlling
energy intake over the scale of months; don't confuse the daily ups and
downs of what your body *contains* fool you into thinking that those
are changes in energy consumption.
Spot on Rich. That's why it is good to weigh yourself as infrequently as
possible.
Also, for both Lee and Hana, are you doing shovel push and urban ranger?
For
long term, permanent disappearance of weight I think the whole package
needs
to be embraced. I realise Hana that if you aren't well these might be hard.
I'd be interested to know if Reinhard has alternatives for people who are
unwell or have a disability.
Great to hear you have done so well Hana: that you have managed it when
you
are unwell is a wonderful achievement.
