eat like a pig and be skinny. I guess when that changed I kept eating like
a pig but started gaining alittle and then all of a sudden I starting gain
faster. I guess I was lucky for awhile.

I have known other people that happened to, and I do feel sorry for them!
Their whole lives, they were never forced to learn anything about
self-control so when it finally caught up with them (somewhere between
30
and 40), it was incredibly hard to learn better habits. Some never do.
I'd
almost rather be as I am, dealing with weight issues all my life. Only
"almost," though, because it might be better to actually know what
skinny
(normal) feels like. A sensible weight that once was real might seem more
attainable and we wouldn't be so prone to giving up.

Well, we all have different situations, but I believe we should accept
ourselves as we are while continuing to take small steps toward something
better. That's hard enough!

Diane
