dear deb

I decided I didn't like looking at a sad and drained face in the
mirror and decided to tape up a sign that my son made for me in pre
school...
It read,
"To Mom, You are the prettiest mother in the Universe. Love Richard
and Rosalie (my mom) Feder" and had a giant rainbow..

that is beautiful. your son looks with the eyes of love, and sadly, too
often we don't look at OURSELVES with eyes of love.

louise hay recommends mirror work, taking a different approach. she asks
that you do your affirmations to yourself in the mirror. looking in your
own
eyes and say 'I love and approve of you Jen', whatever one you are working
with. I have found it makes a big difference.

I love your idea too deb, and would never have thought of it. but it is
at
the heart the same, it is about the power of the mind, and taking control
and making choices about how you will think about your circs.

love

jen
