well i managed to lose 5 lbs last week and did not regain them over the weekend so
thats good
i have to do NoS and low carb as a month of low s without low carb i gained 10 lbs i
simply cannot eat white flour, pasta etc.. but the good part of no s is that there is
no guilt if i do have to eat an occasional higher carb meal i dont go on a binge
after .. i try on weekends to do somewhat higher carb but not go crazy
i still try to stick to the 3 meals a day and even tho i went to four movies i only
had popcorn one time :) so that was something

Hi Cat,
I am going to handle the weekend as s days. I will use NOS as a
guide. One thing I do want to have is cuban coffee. We don't do a
sit down breakfast on the week days; no time because of work but we
do on Saturday and Sunday and I love cuban coffee. You cannot not
make it with a sugar substitute because it has a process with the
sugar and I love to do it. That will be my treat. I am not going
to deny myself but I am also not going to eat snacks and sugar just
because I can, i.e, not go crazy.
If I don't have any snacks or additional sugar or seconds all
weekend then that will be an added advantage in the process.
