hi amanda

well done, you've got the hang of it much quicker than I.
jumped back on for a
week, and am now in my first official NoS weekend.
the beauty of no-s is that you can eat what you like. I've actually got
my
recipe books off the bookcase and started using those. this week I've cooked
bami, which is a yummo indonesian stir fried dish and made some lovely
soups. one of the difficulties with other diets was that it was all so
restrictive. the recipes I use are healthy and it is lovely to think here
is
a delicious recipe, lets make it, not .... oh will this work with X diet.

it is great to see you posting, and everyone else who are sharing their
experiences.

cheers

jen

Hello everyone,

I've fallen off the wagon since my first post, jumped back on for a
week, and am now in my first official NoS weekend. I'll admit I
haven't resrained too much. Now I'm looking forward to the next five
days of NoS and I'm wondering if you all could post some favorite
meals. Not the recipes, necessarily, just thought we could share
what we eat during the NoS week.

-Amanda :)
