dear n
great to hear you are accommodating within no-s all the sweet food that
seems to hover around you. from what people are sharing, I am starting
to
see how everyone makes no-s work to their needs, opposite to the usual
straight jacket.
thanks for your words of support - yes and doing stuff for others is good.
I
did some gardening for a friend this w/e.
I've found doing productive
things, such as exercise, helping friends/parents with home repairs
(hey, anyone can paint), stuff like that is a good way of keeping your
mind off of food, and getting some fitness too.
yes, having the weekends as a safety valve is a stroke of briliance. and
even though I haven't had a perfect 5 days yet, I found that I had to work
at it to make sure the w/e seemed like it. so the habits do very much build
up.
And it makes the S
days so much more rewarding when you've been "good" the rest of
the
week.
love
Jen
